As we come to the end of the year, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has joined us on this exciting new journey with Make It Market Drayton.
This project, proudly funded by Market Drayton Town Council, has been all about celebrating what makes Drayton special – its people, its businesses and its strong sense of community. It has been a real pleasure to meet so many of you along the way.
We have been inspired by the dedication of local volunteers from the many amazing groups working across the town. Whether it is making someone a cup of tea, stopping for a friendly chat, helping others learn new skills or simply being there when it matters, these groups make a genuine difference every day.
We would also like to thank the fantastic local businesses, traders and stallholders who support our indoor and outdoor markets. Your creativity, hard work and commitment help keep Market Drayton vibrant and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.
This is only the beginning. We have lots more planned for 2026, including free training, workshops and networking opportunities, so please keep an eye out for news in the New Year.
Before then, we will be out and about on Christmas Eve, visiting local shops and the market for some last-minute shopping. We hope to see you there.
