Great customer service can be one of the biggest reasons someone chooses to come back to a business, recommend it to a friend or leave a positive review.
For independent businesses in particular, that personal connection can make a real difference. It doesn’t necessarily mean spending more money or completely changing the way you work either. Sometimes, relatively small changes can make the customer experience much better.
That’s why businesses in Market Drayton are being invited to take part in a FREE Customer Focused Training Workshop at Market Drayton Town Hall on Thursday 22 October.
Running from 10am until 12 noon, the practical workshop will look at how businesses can become more customer focused and create the kind of experience that encourages people to return.
What will the workshop cover?
The session will help you think about your business from your customer’s point of view and explore practical ways to:
- better understand and meet customer needs
- create positive and memorable customer experiences
- build stronger relationships with customers
- encourage loyalty and repeat business
- strengthen the reputation of your business
The workshop isn’t just for shops. The principles of good customer experience can be applied to hospitality businesses, services, attractions, events, community organisations and many other organisations that deal with the public.
