Friendly Community Choir, in Market Drayton, is a welcoming local singing group that meets every Tuesday in The Parish Rooms. Members enjoy a relaxed cuppa and chat from 7pm before singing together from 7.30pm to 9pm. Founded in 2016 by experienced singing teacher and choral leader Elaine Cook, the choir focuses on harmony singing and often performs acapella. Open to all abilities, this community-minded choir promotes the joy and health benefits of group singing and loves performing at local events to support charities, especially those in the Market Drayton area.
