Joule's Market Drayton Bowling Club is one of the oldest and most historic lawn bowls clubs in Shropshire, with roots dating back to the early 1800s and matches played on its current site since 1882. The club welcomes members of all ages—from as young as 5 to over 80—and encourages participation from individuals, families, and newcomers with no previous experience. Joule's Bowling Club runs two senior (over 60s) teams in the Whitchurch League and the Market Drayton League, alongside four evening teams playing competitively on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Whether you're a seasoned player or just curious to try something new, the club offers a friendly, inclusive environment to enjoy the sport and meet others in the community.
