Market Drayton Art Club in Market Drayton is a friendly and inclusive club for local amateur artists of all skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced creators. The club meets every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 9am to 1pm and is limited to 60 members. With an affordable annual subscription of just £15 and a weekly fee of £1, members enjoy a welcoming space that covers room hire, heating, insurance, and refreshments.

Organised by an annually elected committee, Market Drayton Art Club encourages mutual support and creative development. Members work independently on their art, while monthly member-led workshops explore different techniques such as watercolours, acrylics, pastels, coloured pencils, portraiture, and more. Occasional full-day workshops are led by visiting professional artists for an additional fee.

If you’re interested in joining or learning more, visitors are welcome to drop in on a Monday morning or attend as a guest of a member to paint or draw for just £1.
