Our next Family Fun event is on Saturday 11th April 2026 outside the Town Hall where you can find a range of games to play for the whole family.
We’ll also be joined by the monthly Artisan Market and Community Health & Wellbeing Day so there’s plenty of reasons to visit.

🐣 Family Fun and Easter Adventures
One of the highlights this year is the Easter Egg Hunt at Dorothy Clive Garden, running from 30th March to 12th April, daily between 10:00am and 3:30pm.
Set within beautiful gardens, this family-friendly trail invites visitors of all ages to follow clues and discover hidden eggs along the way. The hunt begins and ends in the Gift Room, where you’ll receive everything you need to take part.
Please note: The trail is free, but normal garden entry fees apply.
For something a little different, head to the Canal Towpath at Newcastle Road Bridge for a weekend of free Easter activities:

Families can also head to Raven House for a free Early Help Easter Craft Event on Tuesday 31st March, taking place during the regular stay and play session.
Children can enjoy making Easter bonnets, bunny masks and cards, with a fun best dressed baby bunny competition adding to the day. With refreshments provided and family support available from the Early Help team, it’s a welcoming and inclusive event for visitors and locals alike.
